Shipping Destinations

We deliver to the following destinations:

• United Kingdom (mainland): England, Scotland and Wales
• United Kingdom (overseas): Northern Ireland, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight
• The Channel Islands
• The European Union (EU)

We do not deliver to countries outside of the EU. Orders placed from outside of the EU will be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery Options

There are two delivery options available:

1. Royal Mail

Orders dispatched via Royal Mail will be sent as First Class post for UK (mainland) and UK (overseas) customers and as Airmail for EU customers.

For Royal Mail First Class, please allow a minimum of 5-6 days (excluding Sundays and Public Bank Holidays) between order placement and delivery for UK (mainland) customers and a minimum of 6-7 days for UK (overseas) customers (excluding Sundays and Public Bank Holidays). For EU customers please allow a minimum of 7-9 days (excluding Sundays and Public Bank Holidays).

2. Express Courier Service

Available to UK mainland customers only. For orders dispatched via Express Courier Service, please allow a minimum of 5-6 days (excluding weekends and Public Bank Holidays) between order placement and delivery. This tracked service is recorded delivery and will require someone to receive and sign for the consignment. Goods will be delivered between 07:30 and 17:00, Monday-Friday. All orders of 5 items or more will be sent via Express Courier Service, providing the best value service to our customers.

Delivery Charges

All delivery charges include postage and packaging and will be calculated on the Basket and Checkout pages.

Policy for Undelivered Orders

Pimsleur.co.uk aim to ensure that every order is delivered within 14 days from point of order. However, if you have selected the Express Courier Service option and have not received your order after 14 days please contact Customer Services in the first instance. For orders sent via Royal Mail please allow 28 days before contacting Customer Services.

We accept most major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cheques, postal orders or PayPal (or any other internet-based payment).
